In response to this post, Aubrey shares these enlightening thoughts:
Dr Sears is God! Dr Sears haters are all lazy, unloving parents! I have breastfed all of my five kids until they were two (I'm still breatfeeding my 21-month-old twins once a day) None of my kids ever had a bottle at all. I co-sleep/slept with them all until the age or four or five and then they have a room close to mine and my husbands room, and we never spank/hit/slap the kids and we respect them them and how they feel. Dr Sears is the best!

I'm wondering if anyone, you know, has anything to say about this. I want to say that I totally agree with you Aubrey!!! I am lazy and unloving for not breastfeeding my kids until age 2. And as far as respecting my kids, they're 3 and 5. What the hell do they know anyway? I mean, they can't even tie their shoes no matter how much I yell at them.
Thanks for sharing, Aubrey. Please come back again, soon!
UPDATE! Aubrey responds:
Motherhood hard????? I don't think so. Hey, I don't even know what the blog was but I found it in a Google search and saw so many anti-Sears posts. Horrible posts! It made me so sad/mad, I had to say something. He is just a wonderful person and teaches such wonderful things. I don't care if people don't follow all of his advice, many people don't, but I do think parents who follow none of it are bad parents. I can't change the way I feel. I don't like most of America's way of raising kids.
Since motherhood is so easy, I think Aubrey needs to share her wisdom by penning her own baby book.
