- Mexican Monday: Albondigas Soup using turkey meat balls, rice*, carrots*, onions*, mint* (from my patio).
- Tuesday: Polenta-asparagus* casserole, steamed artichokes* with garlic* aioli (eggs*).
- Wednesday: Sandwich night: whole grain bread as the base, not sure what filling will be, potato* salad.
- Tuesday: broccoli*-tofu*-bok choy-asparagus* stir fry with black bean sauce, rice*
- Friday: Family Movie Night (not sure yet)
- Saturday: Date Night with Bad Kitty, Chief, and friends in the city (restaurant prides itself on using local ingredients. Review to come.)
- Sunday: Usually my "big cooking" day. Need to check out some cookbooks and magazines this week to figure out what it'll be. If It's nice, I'd love to grill some salmon. Maybe make some quinoa to go with since I have a bag sitting around.
