I'm pretty well stocked up this week. Feels good.
Monday: Chicken noodle soup with celery, parsnips, and carrots and homemade noodles (I'm craving thick, wide noodles), goat's milk gouda and whole-wheat/sunflower breadsticks
Tuesday: Veggie burgers, crunchy broccoli salad
Wednesday (gymnastics night): TJ's Frozen Fettucine Alfredo, wild arugula and butter lettuce salad
Thursday: Curried chicken and veggies with jasmine rice
Friday Family Movie Night: (take out)
Saturday: (Valentine's Day): Not sure yet, what are you doing?
Sunday: Grilled tri-tip with blue cheese compound butter, roasted Brussels sprouts, mache salad
