Hi friends,
A little late to the game, but I finally did the meal planning for the week, and I'm off to the grocery store now.
- Monday—we went out to dinner. (really enjoying the vegetarian fare at this place)
- Tuesday—Pan-seared rib-eyes,TJ's mixed whole grains, a big green salad
- Wednesday (gymnastics night)—Thai green curry veggies (zucchini green beans, potato), jasmine rice, fruit
- Thursday—Shrimp and Grits (aw yeah, baby), salad
- Friday Family Movie Night—appetizers (cheese, salumi, bread, olives) for dinner
- Saturday—Date night
- Sunday—Grilled salmon and whatever veggies look good at the farmer's market...maybe grilled baby leeks with romesco sauce... (After all this rain, I'm ready for spring!)
