Magic can be made with a little leftover Stemple Creek Ranch London broil. Add ribbons of it to some greens and toss in whatever fresh veggies you have on hand plus a cup of blueberries and a palmful of toasted pistachios. Toss with a light and garlicky vinaigrette. It's the perfect summer meal.
Stemple Creek Ranch is a local to me organic, grass-fed (and finished!) beef ranch and if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area you must check them out.
