Here's what I have planned for this week:
Monday—Turkey Meatloaf with Dried Cherries and Blue Cheese (Adapted from Make It Fast, Cook It Slow. I won't be Crock-Potting this, but rather making it in the oven.), mashed potatoes, salad.
Tuesday—Foodmomiac's Italian Vegetable Soup, cheese and crackers
Wednesday—Chicken Breasts with Garlic and Parsley (a Jacques Pepin Fast Food My Way recipe—a really excellent cook book), salad
Thursday—Girls Night Out! (Family will have leftover beef stew)
Friday Family Movie Night—has it been a week since I had vegetarian Indian? Yes? Then that's what we'll do. (I can't get enough vegetarian Indian food with the pregnancy.
Saturday—More vegetarian Indian? Okay!
Sunday—Dinner with the Kimchi Mamas
