You make it the night before and pop it into the oven on Christmas morning. Along with hot coffee or tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a side of sausage (veggie or non), it's the perfect Christmas morning breakfast.
Oh, and definitely add some Grand Marnier to the egg custard. It makes it extra-delish!
